Rudraksha and White Agate
A beautiful collaboration from Elena Brower and Mojee Yatra.
These 27 bead japa malas represent wholeness and serve as a cosmic diagram of our relation to infinity. The colors appears to us in all aspects of life, the Earth, the Sun, the Moon and more obviously the circles of life encompassing friends, family and communities.
The name Rudraksha stems from Hindu mythology and means “the eyes of Shiva.”
It’s believed that the God meditated on the welfare of mankind and emerged crying tears of compassion. The tears, upon hitting the Earth, crystallized to form the trees that grow Rudrakshas. These seeds are especially revered for their use in mantra meditation.
White agate is a stone of hope, protection, strength, and harmony.
Mojee Yatra donates 20% of the proceeds from these malas to The Institute for Higher Learning for Children.
